Rebirth of Dare

After a long period of inactivity and a large majority of the members quitting dofus, it has been decided by the few oldest members of the alliance to look to rebuild the Dare alliance. I (Persona) will once again be leading the alliance and will soon be setting out recruitment plans for the alliance and how I wish to take Dare forwards. I will be looking for active, respectful, well-led guilds to join us. We are an alliance with strong leadership and experienced players and I will look to maintain that standard.

And remember, who dares wins.

Change of leadership

So as some of you may have noticed, I (Persona) have passed on the leadership of Dare onto Swingfly. This has been an agreement in place from the start of our alliance and I have been waiting for Swingfly to rebuild her character so that she can efficiently lead the alliance. Now that time has come and I have given the rank to her, although we will still co-lead the alliance together and consult one another on alliance issues. The reason for this change is that Swingfly is now more active ingame than myself and I believe she also contains the strong-willed attitude and social skills required to take Dare further.

So, with all this being said I would like to wish Swingfly good luck, lets hope we can make ourselves heard on Rosal!

Hostility from Hidden Leaf Village [Guard]

So the other night we were attacked quite heavily by the Hidden Leaf Village guild. After talking with them to find out their motive, it came out that some members within their guild had had a fallout with other members and came to the decision to leave them and create their own guild. The people who left named the guild 'Hidden Leaf State' which annoyed the members of HLF as they thought it was too similar. Hidden Leaf State have since changed their name to 'Final Destination' which I have deemed appropriate action.

To me it seems that HLV have been as much of a guilty party as those they wish to accuse. So whilst talking with Crius - the leader of HLV - he wanted me to kick the guild from our alliance as he feels that we are sheltering them. Of course I refused as the members of Final Destination have been pleasant in /a and have so far caused no problems. 

However, if I see any members from Final Destination (or any guild even) creating hostility and enemies for our alliance then I will review my decision and appropriate action will be taken.

Welcome to Dare!

So I have taken the initiative to create an alliance blog so that we can keep members of the alliance informed on current issues within the alliance and use it as a method of informing members of  what plans we have as an alliance.

For this first post I would like to thank you all for your efforts within the alliance, we have come a long way in such a short time and we are ever-expanding. Perceptor activity has somewhat increased as of recent, and although we have lost some percs I really am proud to see the will of some members when coming to defending the alliance. I would like to give a special shout-out to 3 brave defenders who defended a perc alongside myself in which we ended up winning. So, Swingfly, the-brown-stain and Arellano, thank you for your hard work, it really is appreciated.

I really am looking forward to what the future will bring to us,
